4th Level : Sun room with sofa lounge -
converting to double bed, kitchenette,
shower room and private roof top balcony.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Due to the number of staircases the property may not be suitable for families with very young children.

General Information

The property is conveniently located to enhance all aspects of a holiday lifestyle, being only 100 metres walk to the beach front. The long sandy beach stretches from the Spit in the north to Nobby's Beach in the south.

Close to convenience stores, restaurants, entertainment, bowls clubs and surf clubs. Broadbeach offers excellent shopping in the Oasis Shopping Mall, together with numerous bistros, cafes, speciality cofee bars and the recently completed food hall in the Niecon Plaza.

Pacific Fair, one of Australia's largest shopping experiences is only minutes away. For nearby entertainment there is Conrad Jupiter's Casino and Convention Centre, Dracula's, a cinema complex, numerous night clubs, bars, and Surfer's Paradise itself.
